THat is part of Muay Sua lug harng ( muay lao ) from the Ailao in the past . It is just one little move from the real deal . According to Muay Thai history , this is where Muay thai came from . Thats what they claim but I believe Muay Thai has more Mon/ khmer in it .

It was offer so many times my friend but I refuse to take it or learn it . I am afraid when I sleep with my girl one day I will slap her when I am asleep without knowing it . I was afraid I might kill people on accident . Thats too dangerous bro , I don't want nothing like that . I am afraid I might not be able to control my anger and kill someone on accident .

You still should learn it. I think alot of the older people are dying off and the information becomes lost forever.

I have energy in my body but my knowledge is not complete. The energy is not high enough but I can feel it moving in my body. It helps me heal quicker than usual I noticed (befor when I first started it tool me a long time to heal like normal people but now its very fast. I am quite surprise of it to be honest. I never expereince anything like that befor.). Its really not that easily to accidentially hurt someone like a girlfriend while sleeping. One has to put focus in it to draw the energy out befor it can be delivered. The only problem I can see is the anger problem. I know its hard sometimes to control anger. I get it too. Sometimes people really piss me off as well. It takes time for one to grow out of it and control it (Buddhism tend to help). I think its important to learn how to be humble and to help others in need. At most we can try is to be better people.

And I know how you use it . You meditate every night . You focus you electricity in you body . For you to control it you have to use the power of thought . Theres a practice I heard befor that is called 5 venom where they soak their hands in secret herbs. The herbs are poisonous and their body becomes immune to the poison but when they touch someone with their hands they will become sick. Very dangerous. I dont think anyone practices this anymore. There is a monument in the capital of laos Called LOOGA JOOLA MANI JEDI . It is know as Tad Luang stupa . In this monument is the teaching of the buddha and an acient teaching that is over 10 000 years in human civilazation . It became the backbone of the lanxang kingdom during the reign of king Setthatirath .

In this monument there are four element that are essential of life. These elements are wind, water , fire , and earth . Wind is called Wayo, Water is called Arboe, Earth is called Batavee, and fire is called Taso . These elements can heal and also can do harm. The fire element are the electrons in the human body. King Setthatirath onces has a person that perfect this element use this to fight a way . Just as the video that you posted , the fire element can do alot more than that . King Settharath had a person that perfect this fire element to stay at a city of his enemy causing a drought . When food became scares from drought , king Setthatirath attacks hims enemy that became weak from starvation. This is one way to use it in war .

I have heard of stories of Masters being able to live hundred of years or become immortal. They are suppose to be hiding in the mountains and living in caves or something. Some of them are said to eat secret herbs that can make them become young and live for a long time. Others make some sort of secret substance from mercury and make a pill out of it and eat it.

I dont know the story behind him. The only thing I do have is a Pra Somdet amulet but the rest I dont know.

How/where did you get the amulet?...what does it say on there?..know his name?...not sure if are we talking about the same pra somdet..

I got it from Thailand though. It has no writing on it.

Emulet was made in thailand not too long ago 'bout 10-15 yrs...it had Lao sript written on it, his name and the place.

if i'm not mistaken they made the emulet twice. here some of the stories i heard, besides he sink the French boat.

he walked to Thailand for some missing ingredients while people about to prep foods(cutting meat..etc), he got back before they finish...

He would take bath in middle (close to it) of mekong every day in late afternoon, no one wouldn't take a swim up stream(north of him).
they said that he bath for a longest time too...no one knows how he stand or last so long in the river.

these are some of the legends i heard when growing up..there's no solid proved except that his stupa and place where the funeral were(where they burn him???) sacred. every year the local would throw party at wat differ occasions, if they set anything close to the stupa the generator would not started...

the burning site later growth a tree (tonh phoe) the local made a wat in that area and name it wat "phoexayaram". to the north of the original wat where he resided, the stupa was built at this wat.

I don't know his name but when I was a monk in the Temple I saw someone having his picture. They said just having it is sacred. I heard that he sank a french boat at the mekong river. I heard a story that the women prparing food for monks needed some salt. They went to a village store near by but it was out . The Monk then " Yall Pan din " and got it from Thailand .

It might not be true because as a monk , he should not " Yall Pan din " . It is bad karma to " Yall Pan din " because when a person does it alot of animals dies in large numbers. It is only suppose to be use for only in desperate need. Any monks who is capable of doing that should know that . To kill alot of animal for a bag of salt is bad Karma.

That's what i heard, it was "yall pan din" like you said. he had taken some lucky jow noi with him on different trips. He told them not to look back and kept walking follow his leads. He told a lot of the hunters not to go hunt because of the animals just have babies. some said that he have asked if any one caught a baby bird and tell them to give it back. they ask how would he knows, he said the parent birdie came to him and ask if he saw their baby. they said that he has "hoo,ta tip".

Maybe he knew about the karma and consequenses that follow, he never taken in any student. the title of pra somdet was given to him by the house of Champasak, some predicted.
