For me it's the Dakotas/Minnesota. The weather might be cold, but the people are warm and friendly. It's the part of the country with the nicest people, hands down.

For me it's either California, the Midwest, or the Northeast.

Anything that isn't 'good' or above pretty much sucks. The people in these states general have a really $hitty stereotypically yank attitude and I can't stand them. Tennessee was such a pleasant surprise LOL. California can kiss my chank àss though. Capitalism at its finest. Everyone there is either filthy rich or dirt poor. It looks like I'm in the Philippines or some $hit.

Oh, I might as well clarify that I've only been to western Pennsylvania. Been there at least 10 times where I've only been to Eastern Pennsylvania a total of... 0 times. Infrastructure is really ghetto and so are the people. Shopping is excellent though.

Just to clarify, I've only been to Ohio once. Wasn't exactly sure where to put it tbh. Anywhere from 14th to 21st.

But I've been to California at least 5 times and it's always the same. Well, variatons on a theme, actually. Sometimes it looks like South Africa, other times it looks like Honduras, Moldova, Serbia etc. Just depends on the ratio between ballin' homes and homes that look like they were made in 7 seconds.
