It pretty obvious to me that the guy is inserting some sarcastic humor to things. I like it personally.
The thing about Asian drivers though. My brother and I used to live in Monterey Park, CA (which is like 80 to 90 percent Chinese) and one day we decided to spot "bad drivers". Once we spot someone doing something stupid, we would check out the driver to see if he/she was Asian. More often than not, they weren't. They were White or Mexican more than half the time...IN MONTEREY PARK!!!
Which brings me to an old joke told to me by a Mexican friend:
Why can't Asians and Mexican get married? Their kids can't drive off the cars they steal.
Yeah, pretty sick.
