very nice singing! can not understand a words, but music and sound is perfectly understood

many Lao people in the US love this type of music. pretty much sold out concert. But Alexandra didn't see it, and added Lao rap music into it. that's the combination of disaster. not many Lao people are watching her when touring in the US. also many people still believe that she did make a comment "that she doesn't be Lao", something to that extend. even though she denial, but didn't seem clean up her image really good. there is a rumor that some Lao in the US are planing to trash her stage.

i have no problem with her, she's great artist. i love many of her songs, except when she start rapping. doesn't look good on her. just my two cents.

Why won't Lao folks in the US accept rapping in Lao? Are they afraid of losing their culture and ethnic identity to african-american music? I think the dance routines of girls in the two vids look alot like Beyonce's booty moves. What's the big fuss??

Some do, some don't. Older generation usually don't. Many young generation pretty much go with everything. traditional Lao music like lumwong and morlum generate more ticket sell than lao rap.

yes, i like the way she sings. her hmong is good than mine but her pronounciation still needs work.
