Since Cambodia is in such a good term with N. Korea, may be we can buy some nukes or "pee-dong" missiles from them for self-defense purposes...

Since both of them had been living in N. Korea on and off for quite sometime, I think they probably speak some. I know they King speak pretty good Chinese b/c he had been living in there on and off also.
