N. Korea Slams Vietnam for 'Complicity' in Defections
In an interview with North Korea's Korea Central News Agency, a North Korean Foreign Ministry spokesperson said, "We have sufficient material [showing] that Vietnam conspired with the U.S. and South Korean authorities' enticed kidnapping of our citizens... We cannot overlook Vietnam's complicity in this incident."
The spokesperson said, "Most of our citizens who were made to look like defectors were actually people who were visiting their relatives in Northeast China who were caught by the evil hand and seduction tactics of enemy spy bodies... Through this incident, Vietnam has revealed on its own how it could easily commit faithless acts that forsake even basic moral sense and ethics between nations for its own interests."
The spokesperson also said, "The acts of human trafficking committed by some NGOs that, in the name of humanitarianism under the provocation of the United States, entice and sell our citizens, will definitely be taken into account."

lol we didn't consipire jack squat. When the North Koreans arrived in Vietnam, they were largely just ignored by the Vietnamese, and it was South Koreans in Vietnam who gave them sanctuary. Just because we don't drag them back to North Korea like China does, doesn't mean we conspired to take them to South Korea.
We don't have an agreement with North Korea to deport them back to North Korea and it isn't our job. It was South Koreans in Vietnam who helped them. We do whatever we want in our country and we are not gonna waste money dragging them back to North Korea and it is more cheaper to let South Korea take them to South Korea for us.

N. Korea dares to make an enemy of Vietnam during this time? They have no friend in the world, their closest friends are also Vietnam's. I really want a war with these N. Korean, maybe we can take them out and solve the N. Korea problem for the world.

Vietnam 'in cahoots with US' over defections
SEOUL - North Korea has accused Vietnam, one of its traditional allies, of 'conspiring' with the United States to help hundreds of North Koreans defect to South Korea last week.
A Foreign Ministry spokesman repeated Pyongyang's claims that the defectors were lured and abducted by Seoul 'at the US' instigation'.

'What should not be overlooked is that Vietnam conspired with them in this case,' the spokesman said in an interview with the official Korean Central News Agency monitored here.
'The DPRK has information enough to prove that Vietnam was involved in the plot of the US and the South Korean authorities to allure and abduct citizens of the DPRK.'
He said the defection case showed Vietnam was 'discarding elementary sense of obligation and morality between the states in order to meet its own interests'.
He also said Pyongyang 'will certainly make non-governmental organisations in some countries pay for their flesh traffic' in a warning against South Korean and other human rights activists helping North Korean defectors.
Last week, two South Korean chartered flights carried more than 450 North Korean refugees to South Korea via an unidentified South-east Asian country in a veil of secrecy.
It was the biggest mass defection to South Korea since the end of the 1950-53 Korean War.
They had previously been holed up in Vietnam after escaping from their impoverished homeland, according to South Korean activists who were involved in the defection.
Hanoi has declined to comment on the defection. -- AFP

That's right North Korea, keep on isolating yourself, you dumbasses.
What I don't understand is why the Viet govt would help North Koreans escape communism in the first place. Has the heartless bastards in control finally grown a little soft? Now only if they cared this much for their own people.
