Today my boss yelled at me. Not like a gigantic scream kind of yell but you can pretty much tell that he was hot tempered when he said it. He told me to leave things as they are when I asked him a question. It was an important and relevant question which he failed to answer properly. One of my co-workers saw it and the others heard about it. They agreed with me that he shouldn't have gotten angry at me. Pretty sure he just got off a bad phone call and redirected his anger toward me. Anyways, I was pissed and took a long break. Didn't want to vent my anger onto someone else.... My boss acted all normal and funny self afterwards. But I'm still pissed that he didn't apologize or anything. What should I do? Ignore it? Confront him? Report him?

just drop it....
you'll probably be the one to inadvertently upset someone else somewhere down the line too, if everyone held a grudge, it'd just be a bad environment altogether.
don't sweat the small stuff
