I read somewhere that we Filipinos are genetically gifted because our gene pool has been enhanced by Arab, Hindu, Swahili, Malay, Chinese, and white blood. Did I forget any, haha? Almost every Filipino (except the 'unconquered' and the negrito) is MIXED with something, meaning that there isn't something called 100% 'Filipino' blood, but instead a fusion of blood then called Filipino. I'll look for the link and post it.

My question is, do you think that we are genetically gifted? If so, I believe we are right. If not, please explain why you think that we're just 'regular' people, and don't give me any of that 'we are all created equal crap'! I know that Rizal studied some of our anthropology to counter the white man's notion that we are inferior to them, but I don't know how far he got in proving our superiority .

No offense but swahili is a tribe and not an actual "race" and Hindu is a religion.

And no we are not superior than anybody, we are not inferior either...

Well, I learned in my history class that Swahili is a mixture of Bantu African and Islamic Arab people. These people, along with the Hindus or Indus Valley peoples or whatever, traded with pre-hispanic Philippines, giving us that mix.
