sometimes when im trying to do a search, it says i need more than 5 or more characters but some of the topics that i want to seach have key words that are less than 5. why is there such a policy?

yea I hate it. what if i'm searching a 4 letter word that's not that common?

I actually hate the 1000 results limit when doing a search more. Why can't we have unlimited search results, considering only a few of them are displayed on a page at a time?

i think it's already very reasonable.
some forums require at least 10 characters.
