[1]Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal



Animated so well and accompanied with a very good and effective soundtrack by Taku Iwasaki. The story is serious and beautifully done. Just a really good anime movie. The action scenes are really cool and not clitche as many sword anime could be. Best anime movie I've ever seen. I'm picky.

[2]Cowboy Bebop



You've probably already heard this from many people (for good reason) but Cowboy Bebop is a must see anime series. It's pretty much the benchmark of any great anime series. Good animation, serious but funny, action but also romance. Really good soundtrack throughout the series as well. The best anime series I've ever seen. Watanabe (the director) also did Samurai Champloo which is also good (animated and soundtrack) but Cowboy Bebop is a legend.


[3]Final Fantasy: Advent Children




The best computer animated movie I've seen in terms of realism and the action. Amazing angles. In the fight scenes, every move and second is packed with intense movement with multiple things going on. If you haven't played the game, it will be slightly confusing. But it's not about the story...it's ALL about eye candy...and this has some of the most eye candy in any animation ever.


I only have a top 3.....like I said. I'm picky.
