I think its great we Filipinos are proud of him. It shows we can laugh at ourselves, and we are secure enough to know he doesn't hurt our image, but rather enhance it. Filipinos can sing, this guy kinda proves it, I haven't heard a version better than his yet - unless they change the tempo. hahahaha.

yeah! he had a very good voice! and u have to remember he's 44 years old too!

Yeah, I don't think they were suppose to allow him to audition, but he stuck around, and they just said, well okay lets give this guy a chance - not realizing it was comedy gold.

haha well i mean theres 3 preliminary stages before u actually go in front of simon randy and paula so the producers choose who they feel will bring the best ratings. the year i auditioned there was an ooolld man and he had everyone sign a petition to let him audition because he promised his wife or gf he'd pursue singing. something like that haha. its cool i guess haha. i shudnt have kept going on here.. now i have another distraction besides myspace! i shud be studying! hahah
