I'm thinking Canada. They have a successful socialist state, perfect weather, an extremely diverse and multi-cultural society, high standard of living, lower drinking age than the US, and a lower crime rate than the US, among other reasons.
Name the country you would move to if you had the option and why you picked that country.
EDIT: I think Australia would be a good second choice.

Bangladesh to help in the cleanup after the hurricane. Haven't been reading the news since Christmas but it's surely bound to take a long tome to put things back together again.
Then I reckon The Maldives could use a bit of construction work with the rising sea levels. I don't think dikes would be the solution,(no fun going to the beach then) but some sort of gradual step by step landfill/relocation operation to actually build the country to higher elevations as the sea rises.
Today I saw some capitalists transplanting a norfolk pine with a crane into a new estate down by the ocean here. Stupid fools with nothing but short-term profitmaking in mind, and it's only around two metres above sea level where they're building all these new million dollar mansions, the thoughtless twits.
Still, if they can use a crane to replant a pine tree, surely there would be a way to not lose The Maldives' native flora if the entire nation could be raised (sort of like Dubai but with trees too) in an environmentally friendly orchestrated manner.
1. Clear a little bit of land.
2. Transplant the flora of the subdivision adjacent to it.
3. Fill that adjacent subdivision and repeat from step 2 until you get all the way around the island.
That's where I'd like to move, but I don't think they'd have me - no degree = fruck off dummie, and don't come back.

<edit: stuffed that up. I wrote step 3 as Clear when I meant to say Fill.

DUMMIE ME!>

I live in the UK (Southwest England) at the moment... been here for the past 4 years and am itching to leave. Thankfully I'll be moving back to Hong Kong in a couple months' time. In the long term I'm thinking of settling in Canada, most probably Toronto or Vancouver as I've been to both cities many times and I absolutely love it there.
