Full Version: Pokka - Drinks from Japanese Vending Machine

I thought some of the drinks from the Japanese vending machines were fantastic. I particularly liked some of the ones by Pokka. The had a couple of fantastic lemon drinks, an awesome iced cocoa, and some green tea. The containers were fantastic. They kept the tea hot and the lemon and iced cocoa cold. beerchug.gif Very refreshing.

So far, when I have gone to Japanese stores in Toronto, I haven't found any. Does anyone know if Pokka drinks are available in Canada, specifically Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal? If so, Where?

Interesting, I was just going through Yahoo to try to find the photos and the first page that came up was Singapore Pokka. I have never seen the drinks in South East Asia either. Where are the available in KL and Singapore?

Sorry that I have to correct you Hamlet. There is J-Town on Steeles just East of Woodbine (North Side near the Toyota dealership). There are 2 places in Kensington Market - 1 across from the park and the other on College just North of Kensington Market. There is also one on Queen St. West. If I can dig up the names quickly, I'll add them.

I was thinking of Sanko Trading Co.Japanese Food & Gifts on Queen West.

WHOA! There are more than I realized:

Ham-let. J-town is in Markham right on Steeles Avenue. I agree there aren't very many but there are apparently more than I realized.
