Mongolia is going forward and attracting foreign property investors. Should you get your own luxury penthouse over in UB?

I'm preparing to buy a piece of land in Mongolia! In my territory I will build my villa and inns.

I think every country has the potential to become rich. I didn't believe this when I was a kid until I saw the Asian countries become wealthier. When I was a kid, I remember a time when wealthy countries only meant Western countries and Japan. And it doesn't matter if your country doesn't have natural resources. Countries like Korea can become wealthier and afford to import the natural resources.
Just find what your country has the advantage in. New Zealand has more sheeps than people. They export to Saudi Arabia. Mongolia has a lot of available land.

A property boom is not exactly a boon for us. I am purchasing a four bedroom apartment for almost 82,000 US dollars. I could have purchased it for just the half this price last year.

Mongolia could make some advantages. Is it easy to raise animals such as horses, sheeps, cattle, etc in Mongolia? Mongolia could do what New Zealand is doing.

That's a smart idea! Don't forget to get your free land.

Agree. Hopefully it will be still good investment since the current annual return is very high and it is expected to raise even more.

I think the property price in UB will follow the rest of the world. That is, it will drop a bit and consolidate before it picks up the momentum again. juz my 2-cents. Talktohand.gif
