However, to answer the original question, I doubt that there are hardly any Japanese people in here. If there are, there maybe just one or two Japanese-Americans who are probably like 3rd or 4th generation, but even they really don't come into these Asian forums like Chinese or Koreans do. The reason is that there are so many overseas Koreans and Chinese who have immigrated to English speaking countries for a better life (meaning that their parents came to the realization that life in the west is much better than being stuck in their own homelands). However, hardly any Japanese people immigrate these days because they are satisfied living in their own country, unlike Koreans, Vietnamese, Chinese. Thus, you will see many Koreans and Chinese in these forums because they are fluent in English. On the other hand, hardly any Japanese people are fluent in English on a level at which they can engage in discussion as seen on these forums. Thus, it's obvious that the majority of people who come here are of SE Asian, Korean, Chinese backgrounds or from any other Asian country which has a high proportion of emigration out. Japan is the only Asian country which does not have a huge emigration population.
