by the time this terminal opens, it will be considered outdated.

"Gusto" na yan buksan ng gubyerno. Ang problema daw kasi binobomba pa ito ng legal actions and safety concerns.
Really a waste of money seeing that NAIA is still functioning properly kahit wala itong t3. Airline traffic is still going quite smoothly even with the current available terminals. This project points to "may nakurakot nanaman ang gubyerno".

NAIA 3 was a waste of time and money. They should have developed DMIA in Pampanga to be the new international hub, therefore more investors would view the country as prime investment opportunities by now. The traffic in Manila is also horrible and a big turn off.

It's open now right?
That thing is being delayed a lot like Dr. Dre's Detox album.

If it's open now it would be all over Philippine news. It's not and is unknown if it will ever open with DMIA(Diosdado Macapagal International Airport) being prepared as the premier gateway to the country.

2020? I don't think so, kasi nag-uutos si PGMA tungkol ang DMIA kailangan mag-develop sa 2009, hetong bagong letrato:

Pero ang tanong, would it still be given a complete go signal? Baka naman matabunan pa yan ng issues. As far as I know, hanggang ngayon hindi pa nalilinis ang mga problema nyan.

It's still in limbo.

Once DMIA does become the new premier international airport and all major international flights are transfered there, I will certainly miss flying over Manila Bay before landing. Hope to go back before years end to land one last time in NAIA. Sentimental memories.
