This is so silly... I bought a new printer yesterday. I had trouble inserting the ink cartridges; it took me 2 hours and I still didn't figure it out. Frustrated, I drove to Staples, where I originally bought the printer. The sales manager just told me I have to connect the printer to a power source and the slots for ink cartridges will slide to available position...
