Hi, mga peeps.  Sorry for the long delay in posting here.  Will be making a forecast for 2010 so will post it here too once I finish it.

Basically, what I read on the possibilities for the Phiippines come 2010 isn't so bright but again the analysis is yet to be completed.  What we can be assured of though is that it would either be for better days or darker days.  No in-between scenarios for us na.  Disaster would be linked to revolutionary fervor and ideas.  Update you guys and gals once I do get to finish it.

Sa ngayon, mixed pa rin ang signals.  Its certainly going to be a major period for all of us (not just here in the Philippines) ang 2010.  A lot of major changes will happen. 

I'm cross checking it with vedic astrology and using PGMA's chart ay it looks like she may get away.  Not that I'm bloodthirsty about that but its a possible reflection na matindi ang magiging epekto sa atin next year as even if a lot are out to get her ay it looks like she'll be cleared.

Anyways, I don't think we have the critical mass of Filipinos having consciousness of the Laguna Copperplate Inscription as yet needed for a national catharsis or transformation. He he. I have heard of it or rather stumbled upon it just a year ago. I wish it be included in all history textbooks to be read by all Filipino youths.

So it's safe to say those three 'colonial' dates are the ones having significance on the destiny of the Filipinos in the present and very near future.

i wasn't really aware of the date either, but i've known about the plate quite while, it was actually the first thing i learned about Philippine history, aside from Mactan, since i was always looking for the oldest historic proof of the Filipino People. on the other hand, i expect the date of the pardon to have astrological significance and being auspicious per se, because that's how i believe people thought back then

Cityhunter from Cebu Paranormal Sociey can help you in vedic astrology. Perphaps, he could accept you as an apprentice if you will visit the Philippines. I don't know of anyone who have tried to use that as a natal chart.
PKM is well versed in cultural significance of Vedic astrology but not for mantic purposes.

thanks for the link- i remember i read that exact page, but i forgot about the exact date. of course, the easy way for the astrological meaning would be just to have natal chart made along the "normal" horoscope. the historical reconstruction of the ancient filipino/javanese/tamil astrology could be even more enlightening. now i'm not even sure that the vedic astrology would be directly helpful, maybe it would be better to ask the indonesians or the indians in malaysia, if their systems are sufficiently modified & distinct. but i would be very grateful if you could pass on the "question" to cityhunter or PKM.
