Many Asians from asia: Korean, japanese, chinese, etc are slim but in America there's many overweight people.
Asian Americans are also slim specially if they are first generation who were brought up with good eating habits.

So are you ashamed to be an American when you're around Foreign students or tourists from Asia?

And if you are ashamed , are you volunteering to help overweight people? Or you just do nothing and keep complaining?

Asian Americans are obese and Asians in Asia are mal-nutritioned and starving.

American raised Asians are pretty big too.

I noticed Asians from Asia and fobby first gen Asians are pretty thin in general.

no, i'm pretty slim despite eating burger all the times.

i can get fat but i dont feel like eating. so i'm slim .

k i dont even know how people get obese. what kinda lifestyle do you have to do to get obese. isnt fat all about calories? i heard you burn calories even when you sleep/sit. how much do you have to eat to counter all that....burnage?

We asians are hard working people and physically active all the time and we have high metabolism. We have to eat 10 times more than what a regular person eats in order to gain weight. That's why right now I am taking about 50g of protein everyday and plus one Ensure. Hopefully I will be bulky soon.

And I thought Asians in Asia liked fat people...

Hmmm...i didn't recall any smell...but i knew (like an inside feeling) that she wasn't coming back. It was a few years ago.

Asians in America are definitely not obese. I've heard from my Korean friends who were raised in the US who are skinny in the American view of skinny, narrow Asians but when they go to Korea, some people considered them fat.

i'd rather be full figured than thin!
