I found this discussion on another forum and decided to bring it here, this is written by a guy from the other forum ( I dont know if I can name other forums here)

I just thought this guys reasoning was so funny, so I brought it over here. I just thought it was rediculous that he was comparing normal women to the the models he saw.

Japanese people usually don't have big breasts. Most Japanese girls I've seen were very small.

That is what I thought too, I think that guy just looks at to much TV. It is like watching Univision and thinking every mexican girl has big breast because every (and I mean every) girl on that Channel has big breasts.

its all dependent on weight obviously. if japanese women are trying to be thin they wont have big breasts.
white men generally aren't trying very hard to be thin and have bigger breasts (and fat everywhere else) because of it

Nope.
There's no difference until you get to DD in UK sizes, in which case the J size is around one cup size different but I don't recall if that's for all sizes after that or just a few, wasn't paying that much attention.
