most people do c-section cause they are lazy and want the easy way of birth

no i wasn't, c-sections are performed because a vaginal birth would compromise the mother, the fetus or both.
I had an opportunity to observe a c-section done, quite interesting :P

I was. My mom's vagina was too small for me to get out so I had to get out through C-section.

yea i was delivered that way. my mom had some health complications i think.

im curious. what was it like? im sure i'd be a bit uncomfortable while observing too but hey...im curious about everything lol.

well I am used to seeing blood and other interesting stuff in the hospital O_o lol but well it was when I was a nursing student and during Maternity nursing we got to do a clinical rotation to the Operating room to see c-sections done...I was kind of amazed how quickly they did it lol...they made an incision then all this blood gushed out into this plastic thingy they have around the belly area and they just pulled out the baby, then stitched the mom back up, I didn't get to see that much though because I would be in the way of the doctor =/ others were grossed out when they got to see one but for me I was kind of like...that's it?! lol

I've only had natural births, so can't comment.

But my cousin had a c-section recently. It took her months to recover from her last c-section, but the second time round, it only took her 2 weeks. Apparently she was given a corset or something that minimised her stomach muscles movement - hence allowing her to heal quicker.
