1.If you could contact hell girl would you?
for example if someone did something really bad to you in your life
would you sell your soul to hell just to get revenge?my answer is no
I mean sure that person could have done something really bad but everyone has to die one day
and you cant escape death so id just let it go and live happy in heaven oneday

2.Ok on the anime when they ask the bad people if they are sorry for what they have done
if the person was to say "yes I'm sorry I apologize"
does this person still go to hell?thats what I want to know if anyone understands this part of the show
