I belief Esarn ppl are earnest and toughest of all Thai yet they are easily fooled by their politicians. They usually got only 20% of government funding of which the rest 80% got divided into their local politicians' and head villagers' pockets. They were trained to rely on the leaders who usually cheated them and blamed on the southerners who are not easily cheated. Educations are not really supported for fears that they will know better. Government controlled medias feed them false information and foolish entertainment. While the southerners are more suspicious and independent mind, they will hang those corrupted politicians.
