but there is a certain way you go about it.


i already gave out warnings to a lot of the chinese members who flamed in here. you can only get a temporary ban if you had threee warnings. and only a permanent ban after 3 temporary bans (or 9 warnings) or if Ben chooses to. those chinese members got warnings but they didn't yet get 3 warnings to get a temp ban yet.

so anyone who wishes to test the waters with the warnings, be my guest
