Initially, when I graduated from University, it was very difficult to get a proper graduate position. In-fact, it took me a whole year to get something.

When I did get a career opportunity, I reported directly under the marketing manager. After about 2 Months into the job, I got given more and more power and was reporting directly under the sales and marketing director. Now, I have only being with the company for four and a half month and I am running a strategic business unit for the business and is reporting directly under the Managing Director of Australia's largest computer manufacturer. The problem is, I am young, inexperience, and have lack of knowledge. Sometime, the stress level and the work load have caused me to want to just drop dead.

Word of wisdom - sometime it's better to not to move too fast.

hopefully, the company is giving you pay increases as you move up the ladder quickly.

^ No pay increase. That's the problem. Too much responsiblities, not smart enough to handle those responsibilities, but at the same time, not enough pay.
