mine is palabok. but i use lamb meat instead of pork coz its less fatty.

my 2nd most fave? it has to be linaga with lean beef. adobo is my least fave. its coz its too oily & fatty plus i hate paminta. i once bit into one & i swear it felt like i had fire ants in my mouth.

4. Fried Fish Marinated over Kalamansi and Soy Sauce (Preferably milkfish)

and speaking of which again i found this restaurant called "Alimango" in California. It looks good. Why does California have all the good filipino restaurant?

combine the pork, chicken at atay ng chicken.

Being a tourist in this country I could say the best FOOD I've tasted in my whole life...

the lechon...i pitty the pig!! bawling.gif but its too delicious!
the Adobo of course..
my first time to taste tamarind soup,its perfect!
the Balut,hahahaha! wen a guy rides in his bike shouting BALUT!!!
the grilled fish is good too with kinilaw...
It's really a worth stay here in your country guys...
and so sad to say i only have few months left before i flew back to my country..
probably I'll bring filipino recipe book...hahahaha
