I got the updating from my friend' s father who are gov offficial said that. 8 years ago vietnam had only 3 thousands millionair in the world included people inside vietnam. But today. as the statistic and businese they are operating. The vietnamese millionairs are about 26 thousands/ over 87 million inside the country and 3.7 vietnamese ouside the country who having minimum 1 million and maximum 970 millions. Any people who have the real statistic can add it up here.

for a country to do well, it's not how many riches, but how few the poors. that's the difference between let's say America/Japan and China/India.

millionaire is not its used to be, well at least here in the US.
