hmm I've heard of this. I wonder what the update is on it. To be honest, I don't think the Hmong man was completely innocent. However, I also don't believe that the officer should beat someone up so badly. >.>;;;;

Whatever the case. MPD is a bit messed up anyway, and Milwaukee itself is a very segregated city with many racial problems. Put those together and you're bound to have some very unbalanced power struggles.
