what? haha those are acus. Singaporeans can afford better digis design, fu-k even PNP have a distinct uniform and we can't afford $hit.

I don't think the SAF is copying the US uniform wholesale. They just plan to follow the digital camouflage pattern that is currently seen on the US Army's uniform. The colour may be different. May still remain green for jungle warfare or may change to grey to reflect the changing mindset to fight in urban areas. The digital camouflage pattern offers better camouflage than the traditional SAF striped uniforms so they decided to change it.
Anyway the uniform is not supposed to be good looking or anything. It's supposed to be functional.

^Tangawizi is just mad cuz it's American...if it's Spanish army uniform she'd piss her pants. (i'm kidding) It's weird how the old Singaporean uniforms were American BDU's. haha. why complain now?
I wear those everyday...and I agree that the colors aren't the best. It's just the army's excuse of putting an urban suit and try to minimize all the uniforms we had (same reason why the the class greens are cut out and only the blues are used now)

I don't understand why they would change such a nice and flattering uniform. The current SAF army no.4 is the nicest and smartest and manliest army combat uniform throughout all the armies in the world.
I would like to ask if wives are asked for their opinions before this change was decided? Who decided this? As wives of our regular soldiers, we are in close contact with the uniforms as much as the soldiers are. And it is also a large part of our lives.
