why do pinoy fobs lose their virginity at an alarmingly young age? im talking about 12/13. yes.

so my 13 yr old nephew just got back from 'pinas and he was all telling us about his "adventures" with the local hookers. he said he lost his V card to a 24 year old dancer/hooker.

honestly, this grosses me out. my older brother also lost his V card in 'pinas when he was 12. and to another older woman/hooker.

This news is certainly something new to me, although i kinda agree that modern media (and philippines media is no exception) tend to have a tendency to promote bad morals and values directly or indirectly, i still find filipino kids a lot more conservative as opposed to their western counterparts. I am in no way saying that "all" filipinos back home and 'fobs' are conservative, just like everyone else, you get some promiscuous individuals - but i still feel moralistic upbringing are still and well embedded.

i never did until i saw it with my own eyes...but it depends on which place we're talking about. mostly happens in highly urbanized areas though and very rare in rural areas.
