It's good to see Vietnam investing and donating to the SEA Games in Laos. Anyway, the largest donations and contributions to the SEA Games 2009 actually came from China.
Vietnam is indeed the biggest friend of Laos.

That Chinese gal in front of the flag holder was holding a sign for the name of the country. Each country had one.
the uniform of the Vietnamese team was so so tacky. Laos and Cambodia had really nice-looking uniforms at the opening.
