Ha Noi is beautiful........
especially in autumn

both city are polluted but Hanoi weather is better than Saigon, they actually have 4 season. I have driven a convertible car during autumn (fall) season and it is gorgeous. it is something you cannot do in Saigon for any season.

I think for 2 reasons:

1. Hanoi has less population than Saigon
2. Hanoi economy is not as strong as Saigon. Hence, Hanoian do not have high consumer power to buy motorbikes or cars like people in Saigon do

I'm pretty sure VN has a better environemnt in the 80's, 90's than now since most people could only afford to buy a bicycle for transportation.

yeah. I love Hanoi's sping as well. This is the most colourful season. The winter is the ugliest, no snow, but low-quality air.
