ANYBODY HERE FROM STOCKTON????

Thinking about moving to Tracy.

Tracy is pretty decent. Stockton is a straight up $hit hole.

I know heads from stockton. Always had an impression that it was ghetto.


But looking at these 2000-3000 square feet houses under 300k has seriously got me and the wifey looking at houses. But the thing is I wouldnt be surprised if these homes went down another $100k. I dont really know much about the area but it seems like a farm town. Everything I know is in the East and South Bay.

I moved from San Jose to Stockton before. Stockton's smaller but offers a lot for what it is. I don't know if I'd consider raising a family there though. It's a bit ghetto.
