I'm from a little island called Taiwan. I really like Mongolian culture and her histroy. Although, I don't really have much knowledge of it or have any Mongolian friends in real life to talk about thier culture. All I know is from Movies, TV or our stupid history text book(Both China and Mongolia are still belonging to ROC. LOL what the joke!) I really love Monglian's lifestyle such as riding horse on endless grass land, live at different places day by day and the way how they treat visitors. Everthing is so close to nature, compare to the concrete jungle where i'm living (oh well, maybe its all my imagination. the lifestyle now in mongolia might not be like what Movie shows). As an Asian, I'm so proud of Mongolian History. How they conguered the world and established the largest empire ever in ancent history. Just like what Westerner talks about their Rome Empire. Although i'm not Mongolian but its asian pride. I always have dream that in the future, we Asian can be as dominate as ancient Mongolia , China or Persia again. But after reading most of the posts here kinda make me feel so sad and see no hope. I don't know why Chinese, Mongolian, Korean, and Japanese have to hate each other so badly. I believe most of the Asian knows the situation of Taiwan and China. Eventhough, I don't like communist China but i'm proud of her too, no matter she is evil or not but at least... at least in Today, her fists, not that big but big enough to make westerner has to think twice or more to do some actions.(I love Bush but I really enjoy some American say Bush is China's Number 1 b!tch). I have been to the State for a while and I kinda know a bit of their culture. American people(or maybe white) they treat you like $hit if you are weak, but they praise you or treat you as hero if you are stronger than them. It doesn't matter you are evil or good, black or white. Well its off the topic. The point is, after reading those posts, I feel like Monglian is not as friendly as what i thought especially toward to Chinese(Is it really true?). I'm a Taiwan born Chinese. If I wanna make friend with Monglian, I will probably not expect to get a nice milk wine from them and instead, I will probably end up slap my own face. I don't know if Mongolian see themself as Asian or White. And I don't know why black hair, yellow skin, brown eyes will make you feel shame? Recently I have seen many videos from youtube about How Russian SkinHeads beat up Asians on the street. eventhough they are mongolian, chinese or mid east ppl, i can say its none of my business as long as they are not Taiwanese, but still the anger grows bigger and bigger from my heart because I'm Asian. Why people have to go there kiss their @$$ and got beat up? Thats really sad. We Asian shouldn't hate each other. We should spend time on how to improve your country and make your contry stronger, so that westerner won't treat you like $hit. I'm not here to praise my country(or you can say its not a country its part of China whatever. i don't really care). Even tho Taiwan is a small island but we put so much effort and time on improving our country to become a rich and democracy place. and many russians or foreigners come here to work instead of we go there to beg for jobs and have to live in fear. Thats what make me proud and been an Asian. I wish one day all Asian countries will make me proud! Cheer!
