Apparently, the new city to be built beside That Luang may have to be located somewhere else other than That Luang Marsh because of some unexpected problems.

They have no money to compensate for the land, and people just hate the idea of having a big project in their properties that would not benefit them. ........................................find different location.

its actually a good distance away, i went to go see the area my self. It's just the name of the marshes
