New Zealand. the Swedish and Danish all sort of tied for first place. Somalia the bottom.

Below 5 means there is public sector corruption.

Rich people are usually more corrupt. Money brings power so many rich people will do anything to stay on top. Or do anything to make more money.

Their meritocracy really works, maybe we should set them as an example of clean governance and good public service.

Then again smaller size is more manageable than vast and complex Indonesia.
