Hi Guys,
One of my favorite movie genres since I was a kid is kaiju (giant monsters), and I wrote an article to pay tribute to the famous kaiju of all, Godzilla. This type of movies may be regarded as cheesy, but it helped put Japan in the map of global cinema. I proudly collected the Millennium series in HK, and I wrote about counting down what I think is the best in the series with respect to other fans' own choices. The Godzilla franchise turned 50 years old last 2004, and I hope there will be more or another 50 more years of movies in the future. You can also Google my article by typing excabel Godzilla if you do not like links. Thank you all. icon_smile.gif

The Godzilla movies go from good to ok since some are sometimes silly. The original Godzilla movie in B&W is really good.
In what language are those dvd you bought. And do they have subtitles.

Ghidrah fan here (See Avatar) Ghidrah is a "golden dragon-like space monster". Godzilla cannot defeat him on his own. He needs help for that

And Gamera is also good. Gamera could probably defeat Godzilla since afterall he eats fire.
