hmm....depends. if my life was one big movie and i was a good guy, it had to be the Once Upon A Time In China theme song. If i was a real bada$$, i'd say "Here To Stay" by Korn. don't ask why.

How can one song capture the ever changing complexity of a person? The song you choose now may not be the song you would have chosen nor would it be the song you would choose in the future. Can this one theme song cover the range, scope, and breadth of humanity, not all of humanity, but all of that is within you. A human being is a vast, complex, interweaving, intermingled, and intertangled creature of enigma, contradiction, intelligence, spontaneity, emotion, turmoil, and imagination. Can one song or theme really capture the depth of all this? If one can, then it would lead one to reason either the song is very very deep and meaningful or the person is not. I would not have one theme song but a rather large collection of them and even random sounds to capture the essence of me musically. Then perhaps all of these could be orchestrated into one giant meaningful deep creative emotional inspiring contary complex song...or a lot of crappy noise.
Heh like Iron Chef said.. But it would depend on the moment.. The only thing that i can think of right now is Superman by Eminem

my theme song eh? u know what i would like? silence. they would see nothing but a blank screen and hear nothing but silence for about 5 minutes. then suddenly there'd be really loud noises everywhere. and then silence. and this goes on for about half an hour until everyone leaves the theater and realises they were gypped into watching my life.

Its just a matter of thinking creatively and questioning a lot of things. I question everything, much to the offense and anger of other people simply because I don't like being told to think or do anything. I have to find out for myself or consider things on my own. It is a case of becoming my own master rather than being a slave to the ideas and will of another.
I think koRn has the right idea. Now that is a truly interactive and multimedia experience of capturing the essence of himself.

I'd have to say it's a tie between Evanesence's "Bring Me to Life" and Dir En Grey's "Cage". I really like both of them, especially since I have some tie to the lyrics of each.

i would make that song up for sure, cos it cant never be good enough.
I would name it something like
"I hate life, I hate death and everything in between just doesn't interest me" ...or maybe something nice...but im not in that mood right now.
