This is the most common: blond, tanned, with white eye-liner and lipstick, and they don't take showers to smell funky...This style was most popular in the mid-90s...Is it still popular and what is it called? I know there is a name for it but forgot.

it is over, i think that ganjiro (the direct opposite of ganguro) was popular recently.

that $hit is freaky as hell, I seen a girl in yokohama that had the silver $hit come from her eyes all the way down her face.
