the only one i've watched other than fil and am, soaps are mexicans, both in pi and in us. remember marimar. i didn't watch but the whole pop was on it when it hit the pi years back.
BatangDamo
Haha, reminds me of the time Marimar was on air in Pinas.

Since I don't have TFC here I just watch the spanish/hispanic channel for kicks.
The variety shows on the Spanish channel seem to be risque. And there telenovelas are too overdramatic.

latin telenovelas are too much unrealistic.. well, almost all telenovelas are. but they're just too much. and i find it amusing to listen to a character finish "speaking" but the mouth is still open.. embarassedlaugh.gif2 embarassedlaugh.gif2

Depende, kasi sakura is not about love, and my little chef is not either, both are actually funny. Korean ones are cool. We watch it at my friends house. Id rather watch those then then televovelas with unwitty settings. Oh, tsaka marami action. Theres traditional one too, where everyone is dressed in traditional clothing with all the martial arts.

I remeber Valiente. Nung maliit pa ako nun.

I prefer Pinoy, Korean, and Chinese soaps coz they use nicknames. Latin Telenovelas are like.. "Maria Cristina..." Like Maria Mercendes was called "Maria Mercedes"...while Dao Ming Su(sp?) was called "asu"(sp?)
