South Korea is expected to dispatch a squadron of Navy ships to waters off Somalia in a bid to protect its fishing and cargo ships from piracy, according to a source Wednesday.

``A consensus was reached for the dispatch of the Navy ships but the final decision will be made through an inter-government meeting,'' he added.

The plan came about as Korean sailors and ships have frequently been the target of attacks from pirates off the coast of Somalia.

War with Samalia wouldn't accomplish anything. We should send our navy to coast of California instead.
