Told me Japanese people were rude and made racist comments against on.

Have a Chinese buddy told me while serving overseas in Japan,
he went to a restaurant and was denied access because they told him

One half japanese/white girl also told me she lived in Japan when she was little and she was spat on by an old Japanese lady
while calling her name like half breed, and etc...

Wow, that sounds really awful. I haven't met or befriended many Japanese people because there are so few around here. But the ones I have met were nice, very open-minded people. Humble too. And dated outside their own ethnicity. lol. They were, of course, the younger generation, so it could be that some of the older generation are the ones who have problems. I still want to go to Japan to have my honeymoon, because all in all, there's a lot of cool things to do and see there. Not to mention good food and it's a safe, 1st world country. >.<

personally about the zainichi issue, i dont know that much about it. I have relatives in japan but we never talked about this subject. About how japanese view or treat koreans in japan. i just know that many koreans change their names into japanese to hide their identity. there are japanese movies though addressing these types of issues. one of the movies i saw was "Go" which i thought was pretty good

i dont know but it seems there are a lot of celebrities as well that are zainichi, and they hide it. And after awhile they announce to the public what they really are and word gets around. yeah there might be japanese people who look down on koreans. i wouldnt be surprised. i dont know but when there's sports involved between korea and japan. i hear a lot of stuff from the japanese side for some reason. i remember in the world baseball championships the japanese team said some stuff about korea AND i've heard they said some stuff in the olympics 2008 baseball too. i also remember there was a match with yoshihiro akiyama and kazuo misaki. Akiyama is a zainichi korean and it's well known in japan that he is. And misaki won the fight but it ruled to be a new contest later on. But after the fight misaki grabbed the mic and publicly said stuff to akiyama like he was some teacher or something making akiyama look retarded. then when akiyama left the ring, misaki yells into the mic "THE JAPANESE ARE STRONG!!!" and this caused a lot of controversy with the koreans. i dont know i get surprised that once in awhile some japanese athlete will publicly say things about the koreans, while koreans dont do it at all. its like if in a boxing match a white guy beats a black guy out and he goes "WHITE POWER!!!" i dont know, but you know there's racism in every country. and whoever thinks it doesnt exist in japan is stupid

i had a lot of japanese friends growing up while i was young. we were all cool with each other. i didnt know, but i found out one of my japanese friends is a racist d!ck now. and that his whole family always hated koreans. And i was extremely shocked hearing that. it was just unbelievable to me. but whatever

I'm Japanese. My parents are pretty racist. They won't ever say stuff to your face, but they'll talk about you behind your back and not in a good way. I'm pretty racist as well; although I have white and black friends; so even if you see an asian person with white friends, doesn't mean he's not racist.

Actually "racism" is a Communist construct used to slander people who held such views highly of their own kind. Communists knew that ethnocentrism was dangerous to their objectives. Jews and Communists were apart of the Civil Rights movement who used the term 'racist' to attack and ridicule people who show an instinctual interest in their own kind. Which is very hypocritical because in Israel, they have the most "racist" policies on the planet against non-ethnic Jews. Judaism is MUCH more than a religion.

Some asian females claim superiority over white females because they show off about white male's asian fetish. However, most white guys know better and prefer to stick with their own (only a very very small percentage of whites actually do have this fetish), that's why you see many asian females trying to look more "white," so they can have as many white male prospects as they can. Asian guys are smart as well; that's why you see less AM to Non Asian Female relationships; we actually want to preserve our people and uniqueness so we just won't be another little slither in some mixed kid's DNA down the line. Ive lived back and forth from Japan and USA all my life, Im half Japanese half white and to be honest alot of them admire it.
most older Japanese hold alot of animosity as do older Chinese and Koreans because of world war 2. the Japanese more because of the occupation.
there are groups of Japanese nationalists called the Uyoku who still protest and push for the "old Japan".

but to say they were spat on ... not likely. there are bars and restaurants however that are generally Uyoku or Yakuza owned that do not serve military or foreigners. but in an Ironic twist they generally hire large black military men to bounce for there clubs.

also to say that Koreans do not act this way towards Japanese is ludicrous,
they teach in there schools from an early age to hate Japan, that the Sea of Japan is called the Sea of Corea, that the Island of Dokdo was stolen from Korea by the Japanese. etc etc....

so atleast know the facts before making the Japanese out to be the villains.
