Since I'm the only Japanese here, I'll answer icon_smile.gif

No, in America we don't even drive American. But yes, you'll maybe see one or two american cars (it's the really big vans) if they need it.

thats totally not true, there are alot of Japanese that dont drive Japanesecars. in fact, most Japanese cars are looked at as low status in Japan.
My Dad had a big thing for corvettes. he had alot of them when he was alive and living in Kenagawa. and alot of the host dudes in tokyo drive European cars, Benz Porsche Ferrari etc... I know a few of the street racers that hang out in Daikuko and race on the wangan drive mustangs.

and even though its totally hypocritical, the Uyoku that drive around b!tching about foreigners usually drive GMC vans.

where are you from asiannational? because im in Japan 4 months out of the year and i may be half bred but I assure you, Im every bit Japanese.

Yes it is, but that's because they're bigger and they need the damn size.

I was born in Osaka, but lived in the US nearly all my life. I plan on moving soon, hopefully next year beerchug.gif And also, you may be "every bit Japanese," but race is a very important part of being Japanese. You're half, but I've got nothing against you, hope we're still cool. beerchug.gif

You aren't Japanese. Quit lying.

I lived in Japan for 3 years and during that time, the only american cars I saw that were outside of the military bases were a 67 Barracuda, an old @$$ GTO, and an old school impala mexican style. These are all driven by japanese people by the way. Do I get an invitation to stay in Japan too???????????????????? I wanna go back there icon_sad.gif.

LMAO, that's what I suspect too lol.

I've seen higher-end American cars in Tokyo like Corvettes and Cobras but they were obviously owned by car enthusiasts. Probably just as rare as seeing a Ferrari in the US.

lol well the way i look at it is in upbringing,
I see the way my white friends are brought up and how disrespectful they were towards there parents, had no respect for elders, just zero discipline.
they have no culture, no tradition and no identity.

where i was brought up in a Buddhist household taught respect with a cane pole and wouldn't dream of embarrassing my family by acting the way they did.

i was just brought up the same way my dad was which was in a Japanese family, under a japanese discipline and ive always identified myself that way.
always too asian for the white kids, but accepted by MOST asian kids, so you get in where you fit in.

im not ashamed of my white side, i just dont identify with it.

Interesting. I'm quite positive I'm Japanese as well Talktohand.gif

I just purchased a new car...it's Japanese haha.

I personally believe AsianNational is a Chinese troll [especially since you continuously denounce your Japanese heritage and complain about the current 'youth' there] and claim to want to be Chinese... Sorry but your posts resemble 99% of the Chinese troll posts that occur here on a daily basis.
ryuji_yamamoto
I don't think anyone drives American cars anymore.

I don't know what Otaku mean. But I am Chinese and love watching dragonballz as it is a great cartoon. And also it has some elements of a Chinese novel.

QUOTE
Otaku is extremely negative in meaning as it is used to refer to someone who stays at home all the time and doesn't have a life (no social life, no love life, etc)

Usually an otaku person has nothing better to do with their life so they pass the time by watching anime, playing videogames, surfing the internet.

AsianNational is typical Otaku.
