Ok, so i've seen some japanese shows with priests, weddings with priests, nuns ...shows where schools are catholic. ANd we all know, there's not many christians in japan.

So are they using christian religious stuff in their shows because it just looks interesting and they've taken influences from American shows that also mock christinity( Old movie Sister Act) etc..OR do they actually have some respect for the christian symbolism.?

I say, they just use it cause it looks cute, but don't really care about the actual meaning of all those religious symbols, and institutions.

They use it in stupid stuff because they don't revere it at all. Which is awesome.
