so Jose Rizal NINOY once said that the filipinos are worth dying for...

however, with a country run by several(or maybe all) corrupt government officials, complaining mob who blame their poverty on corrupt government officials, lazy fathers, materialistic women who resort to marrying overweight white men who can barely walk to escape poverty, and the list goes on.... especially to the sellouts who would rather have their shoes bought straight form the us than in marikina (ex though)....a group of people who readily claim to have faith in a religion they know nothing about (for fu-k's sake look at the image of the jesus they shoved on your fu-king faces!! he doesn't look filipino at all!!!) and a greater number who hails manny pacquiao their hero....and i cannot forget the ungrateful graduates of the university of the philippines who left the country right after their graduation to seek employment.....i do not only ask myself if the filipinos are worth dying for and redeeming but i can really say that we're not worth $hit..

of course the country is (worth all of the sacrifices of our heroes) but the people can just die in it and maybe the rich soil of the country can give life to more deservng bunch of people

It was Ninoy that said those words, not rizal.

as long that their is corruption to our government, the Philippines will never get its desire to become developed... and of course they don't need to die, we don't need our leaders to be replaced, all we need for them is a change of heart...

Not all Filipinos are worthless. There are two groups of people in the Philippines. The oppressor and the oppressed. Success in Revolution will cause the oppressor to flee the Philippines and most will come to U.S. ------The Fil-Ams then will decide what to do with them.
martin_nuke
So that means that Rizal and Ninoy died for nothing.

Trillianes went to jail for nothing.

how much do you think percentage wise, the numbers between these two groups?
do you count yourself to belong to any of these grouping?
if no, what do you think should be done in order for our country to get out of this rut?

Ninoy may have sacrificed his life for change but what kind of change did he really want to happen? The way i see it now, it has been all for naught, we're still on the same ship with the same people at the helm and if there's an odd one out there whom we thought will/can change our course of travel, time and time again it has always been repeated we were just tricked into thinking we've really change course when we're not.

we're so gullible...

The struggle that is going on in R.P. is cautious. It's a legitimate struggle. An armed struggle. They are not into mass killing. They know the targets. No indiscriminate bombing or shooting. These people are very OPPRESSED and MISUNDERSTOOD. They have given up the pleasures in life and put themselves in extreme danger. Sleep-deprived, swarmed in by mosquito, they constantly move from one barangay to another missing many meals. Very patriotic, many shed their blood and many more will do. Never whitewashed, these are the true Filipinos who should INHERIT the Philippines. They sing revolutionary songs and recite revolutionary poems. If you hear their story......I'm sure your heart will be crushed.

As they have said before, only revolution can change the Philippines. The bad eggs will all be wiped out. Nobody will go to prison. It's either that they flee or be hanged. The scenario will be like Vietnam in the 70's, where boatloads of people will be in panic to leave the Philippines as quickly as they can.

The Red Baron
its blasphemous to democracy that
a hardcore democratic country like
philippines treats a communist like
ninoy as a hero who did nothing in korean
war but bash our soldiers dying there
and supporting Kim Il-Sung's troops...

come on guys, he went back to have the share of power...
he is no different from your ordinary politician...
his fellow commies killed him.. ask joma.. he was a sacrificial
lamb so people will "revolt"...
marcos aint dumb to kill ninoy because
he knows the people would suspect him..
