What makes somebody a good or bad gf/bf?

You need to make her feel special, but not over do it. There needs to be a balance. (I suck at this though)

Don't give your girlfriend too much attention. Find a way to make her want you more while hiding the fact that you want her. If she feel so special then she would treat you like a piece of $hit.

1. Being able to listen and respect their feelings.
2. Compromise
3. Sexually compatible
4. Being on the same page in what you want in life (someone who is all about partying would not do well with a homebody)
5. Being thoughtful, and for no reason, other than to make the other person smile

I don't think I believe in chemistry. Also even great couples can have periods where they just aren't getting a long for whatever reason.

No way. Great chemistry is amazing. I've met people that I've had great chemistry with. But usually end up running away from them and gettign committment shy.
Great chemistry is a person you just want to be with all day long and never get sick of because they make you feel happy.
And even if you do get into fights. You still want to make up anyways
