Why do you needs a talking dictionary? Personally, if I was to travel to another country which I know nothing of I would carry a dictionary that translate via accepting vocal input and its output is writing. Wait...why do some Japanese speak so fast with vocal variation?

Yeah, I brought this Wi-Fi thing from Verizon Wireless where you put into your ear so you don't have to hold the phone. Anyway, I went into this Italian place and the guy was speaking Italian yet all I hear was English. I was like damn man, this stuff is so high tech! It can translate other language with a lag time of less than .1 sec, apparently it came with English-Italian module. I told my friends about it but they laugh at me and told me that it was "me speaking to you, you fool."
