I have a friend that went to the Christian Convention in Davao last month, she is still in Davao but cant get back to Butuan because of all the heavy rains there have caused flooding, and have messed up some the bridges in Davao, to where thay cant be driven on.
I am seeking help from anyone who knows what is going on there or what has happend there, and has news on when the bridges will be fixed.
