Aside from being one of the 2006 Candy Cuties (along with Peiman Gomari), Kim was also one of the finalists for this year’s Mossimo Bikini Summit Search. The cute chinito shed off his wholesome and cuddly look to don that edgier almost-skinhead look he sported during the Mossimo competition.
Although relatively shorter compared to the other contestants, he drew cheers from the crowd due to his attitude while walking the ramp in deconstructed shirts, jeans and swimwear. However, these cheers were not enough to land him in one of the coveted top spots.
To keep himself fit, he enjoys playing basketball with his friends and working out in Gold’s Gym - Glorietta.

Kim Gantioqui is one of the hosts of the newest show of tv5 entitled 'Lokomoko'(2008) which will have it's pilot telecast this friday, August 15, 2008 @ 9:30pm and will be replayed the next day (August 16, 2008, Saturday) @ 2pm. With him in the show are Alex Gonzaga and, mcdo burger hunk, Randolf Stamatelaky.
