Nope, he is native (balinese), his full name: I Gusti Agung Kusuma Yudha Rai.
I Gusti Agung is like royal family in balinese society hard to believe they would like to intermarried with other ethnics. It is possible though but not their main stream behaviour.

Shandy Syarif? No, he's pure Sundanese. But I see a lotta Sundanese's eyes are more like Chinese's ones. I read that once upon a time when there was a kingdom in West Java, Sundanese ethnic asimilated with Chinese. Maybe one of Shandy's ancestor is a Chinese.

batak by default (common) is square head the skull type more look like negrito but the skin is like just other ethnic. only the skull type though.

just look at most the batak thugs around bus terminal in jakarta. they have short body, square head, flat nose and curly hair.

But not most batak like that feature as i describe above.
mandailing batak is different though, a lot of them has red yellowish skin and has tall body and succesful intelligent creature. not mentioned a lof indonesian famous writer and lawyer coming from mandailing folk.

Jamie's Aditya mom is Sundanese, and he said he can still speak the language. I remember years ago when he was still with MTV he made this MTV ad with him being a typical Sundanese country bumpkin, playing the flute and all.

Jamie is definitely not a Hindu guy. A lot of peeps in Indonesia use ancient Javanese names which are related closely with Hindu religion. E.g: Indra, Kreshna, Yudhistira, Pandu, Brama, etc. Adityavarman (or Adtyawarman) was one of the king of ancient Java.
